Introducing Bernadette McCarthy, and her range of delicious and convenient nut roasts.
In recent years Bernadette has enjoyed experimenting with vegetarian cooking more and more, but often she has wished that she had access to more traditional vegetarian "easy meals", especially for those busy times when preparing dinners for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians at the same time.

All Bernadette`s nut roasts are homecooked using the freshest ingredients. They have drawn great interest from the cookery and vegetarian communities.

After five years of selling at farmers` markets, online and through a small number of retailers, Bernadette is now planning to launch the new Luxury and Traditional Nutroasts nationwide in the autumn of 2008.

We will post further details on the Where to find us page as soon as we have them.
